Kidazzle Child Care - Faa/Hampton

Let me start by saying that my grandchild goes to this daycare. He is 16 months old and on Tuesday 04/22/25 when his mom picked him up, there was no emotion from her son when usually he is happy to see her. He was a little fussy and crying. She called me on facetime and stated that he was crying and wouldn't stop and noticed that he was not using his left arm at all. I told her something was wrong with his arm and take him to the emergency room. He has nursemaid's elbow. This daycare is stating that he was fine all day long but that he was left with a teacher/cleaner at this facility, that wasn't his normal teacher. I find it hard to believe that you leave your child at a facility and when you pick him up he has a dislocation in his arm. No cameras are in this place, so they can just do what they want to without getting caught on camera. I'm pretty sure they are gonna cover their place of employment but I recommend that you chose another day care that know that the employees will be recorded for any mis behavior on their part. Sounds a little suspect, if you have nothing to hide you wouldn't care if cameras were at your facility. My grandson can't tell us what happened to him, as he is not old enough, but I know that adults are not always as honest as many may think. I feel as though he was yanked by an adult in this facility and they are trying to cover it up.

My son loves it here and Will be starting pre-k this fall and is so upset he has to leave his lovely Ms. Dee, we’re lucky he loves this place so much that he builds bonds with the staff. Everyone communicates with my husband and I really well, and when we drop the ball and forget something like an Easter basket for a hunt they have planned they always somehow make a way for my child to be included and they even gave him a basket and sent me pictures because I was on the verge of tears (pregnant) heartbroken I forgot to bring him one. I just had a baby, he will start here when he’s Two months old and it really gives me peace of mind that we’re already treated like family from Ms. Celeste and literally every single person there. Encounters from who we drop him off with, whoever is at the front desk, his teacher, and Ms. Celeste have been nothing but wonderful. The boys will be going here until they can’t anymore!

After Ms.Celeste left I started have issues with the quality of care being provided. Due to the issues my child no longer attends Kidazzle. The school has also refused to refund the registration fee I paid for my other daughter who never attended the school. Update 2 months later and the school has still failed to refund registration fee, after they made it seem like they would.

I HATE this place with a passion. My daughter went here a while ago and the staff abused her there. The children would hurt her and at one point she started to bleed from this. The staff were fine with kids doing that but when my daughter said to stop, she was in big trouble. DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE BECAUSE I'M SCARED THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN TO THEM. I also read a news article from a while ago that a kid was left on a very hot bus on a hot day. Stay safe (UPDATE) just to let you know how, my experience was 5 years ago so the staff might not work there. I dunno

They are truly like family. Our children are well taken care of and happy. The staff is amazing and do their very best.
