I honestly don't know why Smart Start's ratings aren't over 4 stars. My daughter has attended their infant room since she was 3 months old. The staff here are very kind and care for my daughter as if she were their own. They are honest when things don't go quite to plan, and always check in with you before something is changed or needs adjusted. She is now almost 1, and gets so excited to go to school! All I have to say is, "You wanna go see Miss Mindy, Miss Andi, and Mr. Josh?" And her face lights up with the biggest smile! he's starting to say "yeah". 🥹 I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. I'm grateful and thankful to have a place I can take my daughter and know she will be in good hands. ❤️
My children have been attending smart start since they were each 3 months old. We have been with the center now for 3 years and couldn’t be happier with the care they get. The staff are amazing and feel like a friend or family member is taking care of your kiddo. I recommend this center to any looking to get high quality care for their little one.
I would recommend this daycare to any mother's in the area. My toddler loves going to "school" and seeing his friends everyday. Melissa the administrator has been so helpful in navigating and working with my families schedule and is very responsive with any concerns. The toddler room teachers are SO kind, caring and respectful of my son. They communicate with my family every drop off and pickup and genuinely are interested in getting to understand your families individual needs. All the children seem happy to be there. They send me updates on the procare app with photos, activities, any academics they do with the children. Drop off is easy and checking in and out is fast as well. I love that the playground is fenced in with high fences and the building is secure. Lastly, I love that it's set up very similar to a small school with classrooms and that I can keep my son there for preschool in the future.

It took us a while to find a space for our little one to feel comfortable. The staff was patient and informative when we explored this as an option. They were nurturing and encouraging with our son as he acclimated to the new environment. We are so happy with our choice and would recommend to anyone.
