We LOVE the Learning Jungle in Mooresville. The center is extremely well run, the teachers are great and we love the Reggio-inspired curriculum. Our kids are thriving there!
Our son has been attending Smart Kids of Mooresville since October 2023 and we have been very pleased. The teachers are nurturing and kind. My son is in the 3 year old room and he loves his teachers, Ms. Wendy and Ms. Jessica. He is genuinely happy when I drop him off each day, and that was not the case at our previous childcare facility. The center is clean and welcoming, and the admin team always greet us with a smile. We are very thankful for Smart Kids of Mooresville.
School and teachers are great but the decision higher ups have made to abandon himama app for the abysmal iblum app is the worst decision they could have made. They raise tuition almost $100 then give you access to the worst app to get updates for your kid. The app has Zero support and the company behind it is worthless. The teachers constantly say there is issues with it. Hardly ever the pictures load, the PDFs for updates schedules or events coming up don't work on iOS or Android. No way to reset password unless you talk to main desk at school which is ridiculous. Should really look into who made the decision to move to this app cause they had to make other questionable decisions fo lr this company that didn't work out. Anyone with any common sense in IT would have seen this crap app and how unbelievably limited it is and stayed on himama app.
Our son has been here from the infant room up until the 4 year old room and we have had nothing but good experiences. The facility is nice, the outdoor play area is nice, and the teachers and staff are all very friendly. At the end of the day my son does not want to come home! I really appreciate the fact that the tuition does not raise every year like some of the more commercialized centers.
I absolutely love this daycare. My two year old is in Ms Rhonda’s class and she has been such an excellent teacher for him. My son loves telling me all about the things he learned from her over the day and she does a great job at teaching the kids good manners as well.
