This daycare has been absolutely amazing for my 3-year-old. The staff here are wonderful, and I truly applaud Mrs. Glenn for how well she handles everything, especially in such a challenging area. My daughter has learned so much and really excelled during her time here—she’s thriving both academically and socially. The meals are another highlight—they’re actually cooked fresh and served hot, which is such a rare and appreciated touch. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and educational environment for their child.
Don’t send your kids to this school!! They are negligent! The only good thing about this school is Tatayana. My daughter fell on the playground and her teeth went completely through her lip. I did not receive a phone call I received a text message with a picture of her lip.Completely unprofessional. I rushed to pick her up and took her to the hospital, she had to have her lip glued. When I asked staff what happened they said my child said she fell walking up the stairs on the playground, so nobody saw it happen nobody was supervising her. Also my mother went to pick my daughter up one day the staff didn’t ask who she was didn’t ask for an id and let her take my child without any verification of who she was. This is the worst daycare in Mooresville.
Please Please Please AVOID this school at all cost.... The people here are very disrespectful for no reason & they go through teachers faster than a 6 pack & that's because of the way they get treated there. Ive seen the teachers get talked down to like a child, it's messed up. If your child has Allergies, they cannot follow simple direction so that your child can be safe. I know of several parents that had to take their kid out due to their child getting sick all the time & when they were leaving once again they were disrespected for taking their child out of the school. Also if there is a sickness going around they will not notify any parents tell its too late which is extremely concerning. If your child gets injured, they blame the child instead of acknowledging that they failed to make sure the child was not doing something that would cause an injury. As well as the food they provide the kids is sad, sometimes even gross. They state that each classroom will have no more than 7 kids in each room but that's never the case, it's always more due to low staff....When it comes to potty training, your child will go backwards here. My child does fantastic at home & on trips but as soon as she comes here she fails to go to the bathroom due to the staff not helping. The way they handle paperwork is a joke as well, if they think that you made a mistake they will threaten to kick your child out even when everything has been provided but they misplaced it or don't understand the paperwork. I also have personally seen the owner get in parents face when pickup my child. Super unprofessional & concerning. It's not worth going here. As a parent we have way more important things to worry about than having to check the daycare. There is way better schools around the area DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE I don't want any parent to have to deal with an unprofessional place like this its not worth it.
Mrs. Glenn the owner is very lovely! She is willing to help in anyway she can! Very appreciated of her. Staff are nice and welcoming! Kids been in this daycare for almost two weeks now! My daughter Kayleya came home and actually said she love her new daycare around the 2nd or 3rd day! I am very sad to hear that the infant teacher is leaving . My daughter Kaymiya and I actually fell in love with her! She truly nice and such a sweetheart! I would recommend this daycare to anyone ! Thank you Mrs. Glenn
I send my 3yo there and we love it. We have been there about a year. He enjoys being there and looks forward to going. The teachers are so great with the kids. One of my favorite parts is that I’ve never seen my child in front of a tablet or tv (was a problem at his old daycare). They also had a summer camp last year that my then 7yo and 5yo loved. They went on field trips every week which was so fun for them. I definitely recommend them, I plan on staying here until my son goes to kindergarten!
