My children did not get enrolled here. I scheduled a tour and they said I wasn’t allowed to bring my children. Obviously I was searching for child care because I had no one to keep my kids. Out of all 20 daycares I toured this is the only one that didn’t allow me to bring my kids so I canceled the tour.
I gave this daycare multiple tries with my daughter considering there are not many options in Monroe that meet my standards. First I would say my daughter stayed sick with rsv when I allowed her to go full time. I never could go inside to tour and look at the rooms so there is no telling what the condition of this place is in….So once the opportunity came I enrolled her into head start and then pre k so I only needed them for before and after care. The owner is very sweet, however the director is very flip flop she can be nice and then nasty the next. Apparently they change their hours over the summer (like people still don’t have to work) and on yesterday I ran late picking my daughter up due to traffic and me thinking they were still running off normal hours. The director called me and informed that I was late and of the new hours and I immediately apologized and told her that I was stuck in traffic….next thing I know she hung up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional! And when I got there she rushed my daughter out and had a nasty look on her face. It’s okay, my daughter won’t be back there. If you treat parents that way I can only imagine how the kids are being treated during the day.
My niece goes to this daycare , and she came back with bruises. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Worst day care ever They locked the doors so you can't go back to see your kids because its protocall then I always put my son's formula in the bag because he has to eat of course checked the bag and there was no formula they say I didn't bring it like why wouldn't i bring his formula and if I didn't call me when They know I work 5 minutes away ?.
