Small Miracles Child Care Center

My 2 kids had never been to daycare before. I grew up going to day care. I used to take my younger siblings, nieces & nephews and I remember the horror stories so I never wanted to put my kids in daycare. Of course life happens so I had to bite the bullet & do it. SMA has definitely put my past traumas to rest . They take great care of these kids. My children used to cry terribly the first few times they had to go . Now , I can barely get a hug & kiss before they run off into their classrooms. Love this establishment & highly recommended

My daughter has been attending Small Miracles for 1 year now. She started at 8 months old. We LOVE this place. A keypad password is required for parents to enter (if you don't know it, you have to be buzzed in by staff), the check in/out is done by digital fingerprint reader (not pen and paper). I am so happy they have such stringent security measures! The staff are loving, attentive, and great with the kids. Best of all, the price is lower than other nearby daycare facilities that don't even have some of the technology/security this daycare has. My daugher enjoys the other children (who are of all ethnicities) and the caregivers as well. They do not have a high turnover rate for staff, and the teachers switch classrooms now and then to get acquainted with all the children of all ages. Other reviewers who complained about kids getting scratched, bruised, etc. need to understand that kids are kids, and that no matter how much supervision, kids will occasionally get hurt. I have NEVER heard/seen staff being ugly to each other or to any children. I can only say good things about this daycare. We love it!

My two littles have gone here over a year. They love it and I feel so lucky to have them watching my kiddos. The staff is excellent and kind. My children have flourished here and I couldn’t ask for more. I love the teachers and turnover is super low. I’d Recommend small miracles to all of my friends with kids.

Small Miracles East Plano is by far the best daycare I could ask for my son. I’ve had some bad experiences with daycares and was skeptical putting him back in another one. However, from day one Ms. Kryss and the whole staff has put all my fears to rest. They’re caring, thorough, reliable, and have provided the best care I could imagine over the past 6 months. I’m blessed and thankful to have found a second home for my son.

If you need a reliable childcare, this childcare cannot provide that. Due to them being understaffed, they can decline you services even if you have to work. My son was going to small miracles east plano. They called me earlier in the day and said they would not be picking up the kids after school due to weather and they said I could still drop off my child to the childcare. I did arrived at 1:30. When we arrived, one lady put me on the phone with a different lady that works there (paige) and she said that they are closing at 4:30pm. I said yes that's fine and I'll pick him up at 4:30. She said there's no point and mentioned something about not having the right staff. I said yes there is a point. I replied "I work! You are a childcare provider and you are suppose to provide me services. Are you going to provide services or not?" She said you know just take your son out. Although other staff are realy super nice and loving, paige lacks reliability. She has frequently and consistantly asked me to pick up my kid early due to being understaffed.
