The staff is kind but they’re pretty understaffed, communication was poor, and some were kind of pushy. Tried to pressure me into over feeding my baby. I also worried about supervision and then my infant was bitten pretty bad by a toddler. Due to understaffing, they had to combine the infant and toddlers into one room. We only stayed several months until we there was an opening at our preferred daycare, and my baby is doing great.
My daughter has advanced so much since she’s been going to small miracles. Her last school was way too expensive, it was almost equivalent to rent. Absurd. It was a good school but she never branched out the way she does here at this academy. I’ve never had a problem with a single staff member, they’re all so sweet and welcoming. They really do have my little girls best interest at heart and they are here to help! The director is awesome! I can tell they have a great team. I recommend!
Small Miracles Academy West Plano has such a loving and nurturing environment. My daughter has been there since she was 5 months old and now she is 3. She comes home showing us what she has learned everyday. She has learned her colors, alphabet, counting, and her vocabulary is enormous for a 3 year old. The directors Ms. Antoinette and Ms. Jennifer are so awesome and you can tell they love each and every one of the children like they are there own. The entire staff is so warm and caring! This school has been a blessing to us. Thank you all so much!! It is good to know our daughter is in good hands when we drop her off in the morning.
My son have attended this facility for a few years now and he loves this place, every day he looks forward to going to school which gives me a sense of relief as a parent. My son loves his teacher and always tell me things about her. I am sad that my sons time here is coming to an end because he is now ready for big boy school. If you are looking for a good place for your child you should check this place out!
I have multiple children that attend this daycare. The staff is wonderful and very hands on with my children. Everyday they are learning something new. They are good with communicating with the parents about anything dealing with the kids. I love everything about the daycare
