You will absolutely love this school! My child, who is now in first grade, is so academically advanced that she often says she wishes she could go back to Teddy’s Ladder to learn even more. The staff is considerate, thoughtful, and genuinely aligned with supporting each child’s growth and upbringing. Whenever we needed anything—such as a recommendation letter—they responded quickly and efficiently. And be prepared for their events! They truly know how to put on a show. The graduation ceremony is next level and incredibly memorable. There’s so much more I could say about this school. If they offered higher academic levels, I would have sent my child back in a heartbeat.

The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely care about every child’s success and happiness. They’ve created an environment that balances fun, creativity, and academics perfectly. Our little one runs into class every morning excited to learn — and that says it all! We’ve seen incredible growth in confidence, language, and social skills, and it’s amazing how much they’ve learned in such a short time. The curriculum is structured but still full of imagination and play, which keeps the kids engaged and thriving. Beth and her team are hands-on, communicative, and truly go above and beyond. You can tell how much pride they take in the school — from the organization to the events and activities, everything is done with love and intention. We have had such a wonderful experience at Teddy's Ladder! From the very first day, the staff welcomed our child with open arms, making them feel safe and cared for. The teachers are nurturing, patient, and dedicated to each child’s growth. The activities are creative and engaging, helping the children develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Our child has blossomed here—gaining confidence, making friends, and discovering a love for learning. We send both of our children to Teddy’s Ladder and have been incredibly happy with the experience. The staff—especially Beth, Shannon, Dani, and all the teachers—are truly exceptional. They create a warm, nurturing environment where our kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on activities, structured learning, and meaningful play. We’ve seen tremendous growth in both academic and social skills, and we’re consistently impressed with how much our children are learning and developing each day. Teddy’s Ladder has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re so grateful for the strong foundation they’re helping to build for our children’s future.

Love this school, the staff and curriculum. My son is learning so much and thriving. Beth is on top of everything, Ms. Shannon is amazing, Ms Dani is attentive, Ashley is always so professional and sweet, the entire staff is great! I highly recommend this school.
