I had a very upsetting experience with Kids 'R' Kids Daycare. On my child’s first (and only) day there, they left them crying for an extended time without offering any comfort or attention. No child should be ignored like that, especially in a daycare setting. On top of that, they were serving cold milk to the kids, which is completely inappropriate — especially for toddlers and infants who require warm milk for proper feeding. After witnessing this, I immediately decided to withdraw my child and emailed them to formally notify them. They never responded to my email, and they refused to refund any part of the fees or the deposit, even though my child only attended for a single day. This place clearly lacks care, professionalism, and basic communication. I absolutely do not recommend Kids 'R' Kids to any parent who values a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment for their child.
My daughter attended this location a few years ago, and the entire staff was great. This place was always clean and tidy. My daughter loved being here and would even cry because she didn't want to leave. The teachers and staff were a true blessing, and I was at ease knowing my daughter was being cared for properly, and never ever did I ever have to worry about her. You won't be disappointed!
Both our daughters have been enrolled since they were infants and we’ve had a great experience. The teachers and staff are so kind and the director does a great job of keeping you informed. The classrooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.
My daughter has been attending this academy for close to one year ...everything was great until her recent transition to a new classroom. My main issue is the alarming rate in the "teacher turnover " in this academy !!! In less than three months there has been three different new teachers in her classroom and today both her new teachers were out ...and one of the substitute teachers was another new face !!!... if your child suffers from separation anxiety like mine does I honestly do not recommend this school. I will be looking around for a new school . Stability is definitely a key factor when young children are growing and developing...
