Sheridan Express

No compassion and just crappy customer service are really something here. My daughter and son drove from OKC all the way to Lawton foe a specialized shot that cost over 12k dollars...yes you read that right. Thankfully insurance covers it but they didnt realize they had to pay $4 that wasn't. That morning they had been basically robbed by a FB market place sale and left not realizing that they'd have to pay anything. So with a full tank of gas they set out. The shot was vital to receive as it keeps my son's mental health stable as he suffers from schizophrenia and was already overdue by several weeks due to no fault of their own. After waiting for the medication and being informed that there was a 4$ charge my daughter and son asked if there was any way they could pay when they returned (Mon, as she works on Fr. SILL) or be billed. The pharmacist or person behind the counter was pretty rude and said NO! What kind of person knowing what this is for and seeing its 4$ says No? That's less than you would spend on a coffee or a lunch. This was a Saturday and you said no, knowing they'd have to wait until Monday and return yet again over $4. They left your pharmacy and went to Jim Teleferro and one of their staff member overheard my son's desperation. All over 4$!!!!!!!! This kind, compassionate individual who could see that my son was obviously struggling walked over and handed him 20$ so he could receive his overdue medication. 4$. Less than a cup of coffee and it would have meant the world to a struggling young man who has more to worry about than 4 dollar bills.

I was a former Walgreens customers for a good 8+ years. I don't know why it took me so long to switch here!! When prescriptions are sent in, they work on them right away. The staff is so nice and available. I am so happy I made the switch and it honestly makes my busy life a little bit easier.

I have been having my prescriptions filled here for the last year and 1/2. They are always friendly and supportive. I don't have every name memorized. The pharmacists, Rusty, and Jim make sure we get our medicine and it's right. Trisha is a sweetheart if you ever get a chance to meet her.. Everyone there is always nice and supportive for me and my kids. I'm glad that I switched to Sheridan Express. Thank you guys.

I've been going here for about 6 years. Any questions I have, they will get me an answer. They provide Excellent Customer Service as well as Professionalism Everytime. From the Pharmacist to the Cashiers, they are wonderful.

The staff was helpful and kept the shelves clean and well stocked. I found my new favorite "cough" drops here. Biotene.
