ZERO Stars! Do not take your kids here! Extremely high turnover with staff. Staff truly do not care and neither does the owner Amanda. They are not held accountable in the least. I’ve witnessed multiple teachers screaming at children and she always makes an excuse. They do not follow the posted menu. She tells different parents different things about all sorts of stuff. The take the kids water cups away to wash them between 3:30 and 4pm even when it’s 90+ degrees outside and still make them go outside after 4 so the teachers can clean their rooms. They do not offer drink outside. Kids come home hot, sweaty, dirty, thirsty, and hungry. There was a teacher there that was hurting kids and other teachers knew but didn’t say anything about it. Or if they did Amanda didn’t do anything about it. We were told it was one child but according to the state report it was multiple. Before we left there my four year old started crying not to go. He said they told him he was bad everyday. His teacher, Barbara, told me that she hoped I knew better than believing everything that came out of a four olds mouth. That I was feeding into him. The owner Amanda told me after that that if I was unhappy we should leave. After we left my son told me he never wants to go back there and that she would hit his butt before she put him in time out.

At first they were okay to go to but then my daughter was always hungry when I can to pick her up and every time I asked her what did she learn she couldn’t tell me she didn’t know her abc’s or her number anymore she had forgotten them then when I would pick her kids would be outside with snot running down there noses in the cold . I had to take her out . She was there for 3months $125 each week . I been home schooling her for the past couple of weeks from when I took her out and she knows her alphabet and numbers again. I feel like they’re not consistent with teaching the kids they’re just watching them and feeding them so little . At first they were great but now I do not recommend this daycare .

PROFESSIONAL ,FRIENDLY, CLEAN , & ORGANIZED, Communication, Will let you know when child had Incident . First time I took her back in February and current going . Took her out her pull-up the first day. She learned so many things and talks more .

Would not recommend. My child was not cared for at this facility the director and other staff are rude or flat out unresponsive. We lasted less than three months and found somewhere else to go. Their business is about money not children.

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR KIDS THERE! I WAS OBSESSED WITH THIS FACILITY. AMANDA AND THE LADIES WERE NICE AND DID SUCH A GREAT JOB TAKING CARE OF MY FIRST BORN ( IN 2009). BUT AFTER YEARS THEY JUST STARTED CHANGING SO MUCH. NOW WITH MY LAST CHILD SHE WAS THERE ABOUT A YEAR SHE WAS ALWAYS DIRTY AND HUNDRY WHEN SHE WAS PICKED UP FROM DAYCARE. NOT ONCE BUT MANY TIMES FAMILY MEMBER THAT HAVE ASSISTED ME IN PICKING HER UP HAD TO CHANGE HER DIAPER BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT CHANGED. MY MOM WITNESSED PICKING HER UP ONE DAY AND SHE HAD A DIRTY DIAPER THE WORKER JUST GAVE HER THE DIAPER AND MOM HAD TO CHANGE HER IN BATHROOM FLOOR WHILE THE LADY JUST STOOD OVER THEM MAKING A FACE! WE WERE ALWAYS CALLED BECAUSE SHE HAD NO CHANGE OF CLOTHING NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW THEY GO OVER 2 - 3 CHANGES OF CLOTHING IN ONE DAY!! ITS BECAUSE THEY PAYED HER NO ATTENTION TO CHANGE HER ON TIME. THEN I WAS CALLED AND I HAD VOUCHERS APPROVED FOR ASSISTANCE WHICH REALLY HELPED ME, THE SUPERVISOR JUST CALLED AND GAVE ME A DEADLINE TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER OUT OF DAYCARE BECAUSE THE LADY TAKING CARE OF THE CLASSROOM WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE DIAPERS AND MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT COMPLETELY POTTY TRAINED. JUST BECAUSE OF THAT SHE LOST A SPOT IN DAYCARE I COULDNT FIND NO OTHER DAYCARES AVAILABLE (I CALLED OTHER DAYCARES AND THEY DID HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO CHANGE DIAPERS AND HELP POTTY TRAIN!) AFTER HER LOOSING HER SPOT AND NOT BEING ABEL TO LOCATE A SITTER OR DAYCARE WITH AVAILABLE SPOTS I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE I HAD TO MISS WORK, WHICH LED TO ME LOOSING HOUSING AS WELL AND GOING BACK ON MORE ASSITANCE!!! ALL BECAUSE IN THAT FACILITY THEY COULDNT TAKE CARE OF CHANGING A DIAPER SWITCHING TEACHERS TO HELP WITH NOT JUST MY KIDS BUT ALL OTHER KIDS NEEDS!!!! FYI MY DAUGHTER COMPLETED HER POTTY TRAINING ABOUT A WEEK AFTER SHE WAS LET GO BY THIS DAYCARE!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD ASSISTANCE BUT YOU NEED BETTER PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CHILDREN WORK THERE NOT LADIES THAT SEE DIFFERENCE IN KIDS AND MAKE THEM OR FAMILY MEMBERS FEEL ASHAMED BECAUSE YOU LOOK A THEM LIKE THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!
