I’ve tried calling them for the past 3 weeks. It’s sad that they are employed by the city but don’t return phone calls or ever pick up their phone. Listen people I was on the wait list for housing for 4 years I forgot I actually applied but received a call about they finally had a place for me and my child. She said come fill out paper work which I did and I would receive the keys in a few weeks after they spray the unit. That was 5 months ago and still no unit or call back. They don’t respect us people even when their pay is based from the taxpayers and community that they are supposedly helping when help is needed. They are all scammers and unfortunately don’t give a damn about us.
To many people that do what ever they want. Toddlers run outside in diapers without parental supervision.
Unprofessional staff, unable to communicate with their tenants without causing further issues.
