PARENTS BE AWARE! PLEASE READ! My 1 yr old granddaughter attends Pre K at McIntosh Trail in Jackson Ga under the Center Manager Beverly H. Morgan. On Tuesday 11/8/21, my daughter noticed bloody punctures and scratches on my granddaughters bottom while changing her diaper. On Wednesday morning we went to talk to Mrs Morgan and show her the pictures and asked to see the camera of the previous day. Mrs Morgan stated she couldn’t show us the video and she would look at the camera herself to see what could of happened to my granddaughter. Approximately an hour later Mrs Morgan called and stated that she didn’t see anything unusual and maybe my 1 yr old did it to herself. I found that to be highly unlikely because my grandchild wears pampers and her little arms couldn’t possibly reach into her diaper and cause the injuries where the punctures were located. My grandchild was dropped off at 7:30 and had only been changed twice the entire day, which is highly unusual because she drinks a lot of water and is always wet. I was under the impression that the school had a schedule for diaper changing but since we don’t receive a daily activity form we don’t know when she’s wet/BM, takes naps, goes outside what she eats etc throughout the day. When asked how many times she was changed the day prior Mrs Morgan stated the camera only picked up once for the entire 7 hours she was in their care. It was apparent that Mrs Morgan was becoming frustrated when asked questions and prompted us to contact her Supervisor for any further questions. We asked for a copy of the incident report from that morning she stated she didn’t have 1 because she’s didn’t see the need to make a report. However she did state that she has been an educator for 25+ yrs and her husband was a chief of police, which I felt was kinda strange to add to the conversation. We decided something wasn’t adding up and took my granddaughter to the children’s hospital and the Dr concluded that it did in fact appear to be adult nail prints and had torn the top layer of her skin. He advised us to contact the police and make a report so that the state can do their own investigation, especially when the Center receives money as taxpayers. I’m not sure what happened to my granddaughter while in their care but I do intend to find out! I want to advise other parents who’s children attend that facility to pay special attention to their children. Check their entire body daily, ask questions to ensure the injuries my grandchild sustained while in their care doesn’t happen to yours. It’s a shame that as parents we have no idea what our babies are doing when left in the Supervisor of Mrs Morgan and staff when we’re out trying to make an honest living to provide for Our Most Precious Gifts from God.

My son has been going here since he was only 3 months old. I was nervous at first but the staff here has shown my son and me nothing but love and support in everything in our lives. Jasmine Jones, Mrs. Beverly, Brittany, and Bioka (miss her) ALL have been more than staff/my son's teachers....they're his mom too. 💕

I had a good experience with my first son but they have BAD communication! They wait for the last minute to tell people everything. Including not telling people if they got in til school had already started.
