Seton Hill Child Services, New Ken

This place is great and all the amazing people who work there deserve 100 stars .I can't even find words to explain how awesome the staff are and how much they genuinely care about the children at the centre. .....I don't know everyone so I will just mention a few but I am sure the rest are just as amazing as those I mention here. My son started there in aug of 2024 and I must say I am very satisfied with his progress. It took him a while to settle in and to adapt but he is doing great now he even calls me by his teacher's name sometimes ( which is funny ) what I love most about this program is the tadpoles app we use to communicate with the teachers.they send me pictures of him through our the day ..I Am very happy with this place and I hope they never change a thing .at seton hill new ken the children's safety comes first and that makes me very happy... I wish I could rate this place a zero stars. Obviously, those who have good rating didn't have the negative experience I had. OR MAYBE THEY JUST HAVE NO CLUE WHATS GOING ON AT THAT PLACE!! my daughter had a little boy touch her innapropratly in the bathroom while the teachers and aides were God knows where! This happened AFTER I complained repeatedly, about the bathroom having NO DOOR ON IT! After the incident, we left and never turned back.

Extremely unprofessional. Treated their staff like dirt.
