Pamela’s Garden is amazing! I would not trust anyone else with my kids!! Every single one of the staff is friendly, thoughtful, and patient. It’s clear that they really care about the kids. My son gets so excited to go see Miss Pam in the mornings! I really can’t say enough to express how fantastic Pam and her team are. They have been willing to work with us through all the fun challenges of toddlerhood (hello, picky eating!!) and remind us that big feelings are normal.

Disappointing experience for my two sons ( 3yr old and infant). 3 year is currently working on potty training. The first three days my son was sitting in soiled pull ups each time we went to pick him up. We were told that it was too much of a burden to change one child while the rest played. Either they are understaffed or cannot handle the number of children they have in the roster. Staff made it a point to include pompous statements about BM issues and that they were not entirely thrilled to have to change him. He's a 3 year old boy (Just turned) and would use these terms in front of him to describe it. He would tell us he felt ashamed and sad in the car ride home. It's disappointing because we think this would be implied that at his age he would still be in the process of learning and to expect accidents. Upon pick up this would be followed by a condescending remark with the implication that we should not have brought him there for care. They are literally the only daycare in the area that will not work with parents to assist in the potty training process choosing to chastise and look for reasons beyond the fact he is a child. Going so far in fact that they were contemplating if there was something physically wrong. Considering we take both our children to the pediatrician for check ups and well visits, I'll take a trained professionals word over a daycare. Unfortunately, in today's society both parents must work and we are putting our trust in facilities like these to assist in helping to develop our children. Our infant did fine. It was one of the only pluses I can say about this place. The "teacher" was very pleasant and did well with our son. Had it not been for the unfortunate experiences with our eldest child, we'd likely would have stayed. For some Pamela's Garden might be good, but for my family it was a disappointing experience. I just wanted to put a review from our perspective and encourage families to use their own judgement when using a business dedicated to watching their prodigy.

Excellent care provider - clean, organized, educational and we'll structured. The staff is fantastic! They have grown to be so much a part of our lives over the last four years. Having a wonderful place for my children to learn while I am at work is priceless ad makes leaving for work just a little easier. Highly recommend!
