This shop is Phenomenal from my experiences thus far. In regards to professionalism and helpfulness. They were willing to get my vehicle in at the end of their work day, twice! (Two failed tow attempts by AAA) They are a busy shop willing to accommodate! I feel confident that anyone who was to use them, would be pleased with their service. I Haven't had work done yet, but I feel, it will be on line with the service I have received. Highly Recommend
If you are a AAA member stay clear if this garage. They tried to scam me out of 125.00 to pull me out of the snow saying that AAA didn't cover it. Double payment. I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.
Just as they were closing, we pulled up with an undercarriage part that had broken and was dragging under our car. These capable mechanics took us in and put the car on the lift and remedied the problem on the spot. They were kind and cheerful about staying late to help us. They not only fixed our car but restored our faith in the good in the world!
I've only been to Matt's School Street Garage once, but it's newest mechanic, Brian, has serviced my car for years. I think he is honest, fast, reliable, and fair. I trust him and his work.
