This place has taken wonderful care of our children and while no long-term relationship is perfect, business or otherwise, I have had very minimal complaints of this place and certainly none that negatively impact my assessment of the character of the loving caretakers here. Schertz Christian Academy has taken great care of our baby over the last year. The staff has been welcoming, loving, and flexible. We love Ms Debbie, Morgan, and Melissa!
Some teachers are good, but they are overworked . The executive director does not know what happens in her facility. The church better be careful this place might shut everything down the way they are going.
They will isolate your child and destroy their self-esteem. Incompetent staff is negligent when it comes to watching the children and will find a way to blame the child when he/she escapes from the playground. So many red flags to avoid here!
This school is in the same building as a church and the church decided to strip and seal the floors while children were present. There was initially no proper ventilation and my child suffered medical issues because of this. The church and the school pointed fingers at one another and neither took responsibility. The owner of the school stated my child was the only one who was injured and that wasn't enough. The health department and the state were involved and only then was proper ventilation done. Because I was the one who reported the school the owner of the school asked me to leave with my child and that I had caused the church a lot of heartache over the situation. This is overall a poorly ran school with management that doesn't seem to really like children. Do not waste your money here.
