Mary'S Little Lambs

I live close by and drive by often. The looks on the window through these poor kids faces (when the windows aren’t weirdly covered) is truly heartbreaking . I’ve also known a few people that have worked here that have nothing but negative things to say about the way these workers treat the children! Please find another place for your child; as they will not receive care here! Truly heartbreaking!

I have been working on homes flooding for a few years. If you don't properly dry out the walls and the ceiling within 24 hours bacteria will start building up. Within 72 hours mold will start to grow. Its clear that they have continuous leaks in the walls roof and celings. When I walked into the building I could instantly smell mildew. After a few minutes I started getting a headache. There's a open investigation and numerous complaints to the daycare licensing office. I have documentation proving all my complaints. I would extremely stress that this in a dangerous environment for children in my opinion. If you have any questions or need confirmation please call the daycare licensing people for more information. I had my child there for only a day and a half before I pulled my son. Please don't ignore this review and investigate for yourself and for your child's health.

Mary's Little Lambs has been in business for 35 years. And has been in this community for over 30 years. I take my kids there and have no complaints. My opinion about Mary's Little Lambs is that they are a wonderful daycare and I would refer them any day

I don't know how well this place has aged, I used to go here for years (~8-10) years ago and I have to say I don't have many good memories of this place. As children we were often left with someone watching over us, typically a singular person, we watched Scooby Doo ans when we acted up they would tell us what not to do and why we shoudln't do it, they fed us on time and let us play outside nearly everyday, now those are all good things yes, but I give this place 2 stars for the following reasons. 1. There was one person, she was quite old and her name was Ms. Jack(y/ie/ey. she was really mean to us children, oftentimes getting mad over the slightest things and giving "stern talking to's" to all the children, my most prominent memory of her is when one kid -who was known to be a troublemaker- would't stop swearing, so Ms. Jackey of her own authority took it upon herself to pick the child up, take him over to the sink, fill her hand with soap, and put her hand in the kids mouth to "wash his mouth out with soap", she did it in front of all of the children and it is seared into my memory. 2. They don't always pay attention to the kids, I oftentimes jumped off of things, bc that is what I found fun, I came home with new bruises and scratches every other day from just jumping off of random things I thought were high. 3. Just wasn't generally safe for kids and even then the buildings were partially rundown and the outdoors stuff were rusted and such. Overall, it is a gamble, crazy things can happen, interactions between the children aren't limited to stuff "only kids would do" bc of the lack of monitoring.

The horrible director Barbara Niemietz allowing a disabled child to get abused... and her saying “She’s a handful," who added that she “will never take a handicap again.” talking about a child. Discrimination and no morals at its finest
