Very professional and dedicated staff, Great service great food great medical care. HUMC is an all-around great place. It might seem odd to talk this way about the hospital, but this is not just a hospital. This is a place of healing a place of comfort a place where they really show people that they care about humanity. There will always be words, but at some point, those words must become deeds that Meet needs and Hackensack University Medical Center stands on meeting needs.

Gone downhill every year for the last five years. 1. They hire anyone. And I mean anyone. And their wages are very low so they can’t keep a lot of the people that actually are good. I’m surprised that a few of the good ones have remained. 2. Secrecy. They will claim they can’t access the cameras or that there are no cameras. 3. They don’t report abuse and actively protect staffers that are abusive. 4. The food served is terrible. 5. They are understaffed. 6. The building has a pest problem. 7. They still don’t allow parents in the building. They could allow parents they just find it easier to keep them out. 8. Supplies, rooms, everything is outdated and old. 9. Playground was “updated” to be 2/3 the size of the old one and not really accessible to children under 2. Too mature for them. 10. No parking. Like none.
