Yesterday Sept 19, 2019, I-64 was shut down due to a major incident, at 5;30pm. My granddaughter was en route from Charleston to Hurricane, and was 45 minutes late picking up her two children. She was charged $144.00 in late fees; this $3.20 per minute. There were no other options in arriving any sooner, other than a helicopter. I called this morning and attempted to pay with a credit card (I live in Fl); but they refused. "We don't have a credit card machine"My granddaughter cannot use this facility until the late fee is paid. This is outlandish; and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Be careful of this business, they do not have a "Heart". It's all about money.
Very bad and unprofessional people. They only care about money not your child. Think again and again before you leave your child with them.
