My daughter has been at Sappington Child Care Center since right before she turned 3, and we couldn’t be happier. She started in the Rabbits and just moved up to the Beavers, and she has loved every single teacher she’s had—Miss Madison, Miss Emily, Miss Mary, Miss Summer, Miss Teresa, Miss Rachel, Miss Bree, Miss Phyllis, Miss Carol, and more. They’ve all been so patient, kind, and caring. She comes home excited to tell me about her day, and I’ve watched her grow so much in confidence and independence since being here. It means so much knowing she’s safe, happy, and loved while I’m at work. We’re so thankful for this place!
My daughter attended the summer camp. She enjoyed the field trips, learning how to swim and all the new friends she met. She already said she definitely wants to come back next summer.
The teachers/staff are absolutely so amazing and welcoming. Great at communicating and I couldn’t ask for more! Just all around really great place!
Very unhelpful with the enrollment process. The people were rude and my daughter has been on a waiting list for 2 years now. I had reached out to the center many times and was understanding about the wait (which was said would be about 6ish months). Each time I spoke with someone, they forgot my child’s information and acted like it was the first time they’d heard of it and the wait got progressively longer. After a while, they told me they had a spot for her but then didn’t know her age and messed that part up. Afterwards they revoked her offer for that spot because of the information regarding age they overlooked. After that mistake she was placed back on the waiting list and never called me back (which was 1.5 years ago). I understand that places have waitlists but the amount of errors combined with attitude from the woman I spoke to was ridiculous.
A fantastic place with fantastic staff! We have had our children going there for about 2 years now, and it has really been a lifesaver when school is closed or during summer breaks. The prices are very affordable. They even offer swim lessons in their in-ground pool during the summer. This place is just amazing, and my children have really grown there. Highly recommend!
