Very secluded and secure property, though everything is a little aged. The pools are great fun, however the water features and slide in the large pool are only turned on during weekends. That may be seasonal, I'm not sure. Also the lazy river pool was out of service and under construction during our stay. The private beach is nice, with plenty of shade. I'd say the beach is maybe 60 yards end to end, but it was never crowded when we were there. I'm sure the rooms vary greatly since they are privately owned, but ours was nice and roomy and laid out well. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms ok, location is 30 to 40 minutes to san juan. No dishwasher in my room. Secure entry takes forever to give entry access

Booked through Airbnb the pools are nice but the large “lazy river” pool was dirty the two times I used it some garbage and a lot of bugs in it, looks like it’s not clean daily and it closes at 9pm which is a bummer Access to the small beach area is nice It’s not in a tourist area, there’s nothing to do in the area therefore you have to drive everywhere They do not allow anyone who is not staying in the complex enter the gate

Beautiful condo complex. Extremely secure, well manicured grounds and green areas. Plenty to do with 5 amazing pools. Loved the direct beach access, the heated pool, hot tub and mini golf. Highly recommend.

Pools are not maintained at all pools are all with green algae, and some get black algae growing on all the edges and walls, prompts for infections or harmful, pools need shock treatment and lots of chlorine will help, the kiddie pools are better but cloudy water, which is low chlorine levels or poor filtration, very harmful, lots of homeless dogs and cats around. The apartment I stayed was nice clean and very well taken care of. No complain on the place. The wrist band was worthless since cannot used the pool
