San Juan Bautista Learning Center

I have never experienced a church as disappointing as the one I recently attended. Despite being warned about their tendency for gossip and scandal if you don’t take communion , I still decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I soon found myself in a situation where my personal struggles were shared without my consent, leaving me feeling rejected and unwelcome. It is disheartening to see a place of worship become a breeding ground for negativity and judgment, driving people away from the faith. The toxic environment created by the church's behavior only serves to push people further from God, rather than bringing them closer.

I went there for a 3 kings day event with my children that my mom invited us too. My mom goes to this church since she moved here from NYC. There is Dominican lady there (sorry I don’t know her name I just know she’s Dominican and before anyone calls me racism I am 100% born and raised Dominican). She was on the microphone that night! When they started handing out the gifts to the kids they called them by age my daughter is 7 they gave her a bag that said 8+ so I said to one girl she’s 7 is that ok so she took the bag and asked this lady, she snatched the bag after the girl had given it back to my daughter and said something really rude to my 7 year old and gave some little thing there. It was wasn’t about the gift it’s about this lady’s attitude. This isn’t the only time I’ve notice how nasty she is. Last year for Easter same thing with her super rude and nasty to the kids and I don’t understand why they keep her working here when everyone at this church is so sweet and nice . She needs an attitude adjustment. She’s the main reason I refuse to go to events here because one of this days I am going to call her out on her nasty attitude. I told the priest something on 3 kings day he asked me if I told her something “because she needs to hear it” that it’s not my job that’s your congregation! Tell her something it makes you look bad to have people like that working there. So disgusting specially with kids.

Catholic Church located in Lancaster city, they do offer mass in Spanish and English and there’s parking lot

Not the best neighborhood, but it seems like those around have higher morals. Great place
