If there was a rating lower than one I would have given that rating to Safari day care specific location. The school director has no credibility and integrity. She changes her words as the weather. She then makes a cold face (when changing the story) with no expressions and regrets. I had my child attend this location and there was zero effort from the teachers to involve my child in any school activity. Thus my child remained lonely. Teachers themselves do not do much effort and show any passion in their work. Please do not waste your money at this day care. Your child is very valuable especially while you are away from him/her this day care will not give your child any Care & Attention !

I love the teachers Mr Kyle was the best one by far my daughter really enjoyed being in Mr Kyle class . Just disappointed on the administration staff seems like half of the people don’t know what they were doing tbh. Failed to tell me some information about child assistance had to find out through a diff day care facility. And just found it very inconvenient. That they closed due to someone getting infected to covid which I understand but to be close since November and till this day haven’t received a call of when they will reopen. Just received my statements and they took my deposit due to my cc declining the payment and that’s because I lost my cc and no way to call to update since they were close. Love the teachers just not satisfy how administration staff runs things .

I would recommend for everyone not to bring their child there ... The teachers and staff are great ... The director is horrible she likes to lie ... I love the children and parents . i was a employee but they let me go over the dumbiest reasons its just crazy .... Everyone getting sick one of the toddler has led its just crazy these safarineeds to be shut down. I had few parents that doesnt like the director amd wants her gone and now ik why

I will not recommend this daycare at all! My daughter attended this daycare for about 3 months and we had the worst experience! One day i was ready to take her to daycare but i noticed my car had gotten towed overnight so i called the daycare to let them know she will be attending but she will be a little late due to my situation, they told me it was fine. It took me an hour to get my car out and get her to the daycare so she was an hour late. When we arrived the director told me she wanted to speak with me so i went to her office and she told me my daughter wasnt allowed to stay for that day because she was late and they had enough kids and not enough teachers. She also told me there was a miscommunication on the phone of what child i was calling for. So is it my fault they dont have enough teachers? The government helps me pay for daycare but im also paying a portion out of my pocket so if im paying why aren't they be able to do their job and watch my daughter? Why did it matter what child i was calling for? The director explained to me that a teacher called off work because she had an emergency but it's not fair and not a good excuse for the results. Very upsetting!

WORST company ever!!!! Teachers seem good, but the director and corporate office are the worst! Director doesn't have a clue on how to run a office, or how to treat customers. Director likes to talk down to people and base her decisions on what she would do not whats best for the child. The only people who suffer the most that deal with company are the kids!!!
