Bright Horizons @ Mount Prospect

My son have attended this daycare since he was 3 years old going through preschool and now preK. He is currently learning a lot in PreK the teachers are very patient with him. He really love Ms Jessica and Ms Bethany. When concerns are being mentioned to the Director/Teacher they strive to address them. I read through the negativity and I just want to remind parents, this is a daycare not a at home nanny center where the ratio is 1:1. Theres only so much the teachers can do because they are overseeing a whole classroom. However, if you mention one or two items that concerns you this center will work hard to get it resolved. They also work hard to build relationships with parents with events and conference. It has been a great 1.5 years.

As an allergy parent, I was super nervous about finding the right daycare for my daughter who has multiple severe food allergies. After 2+ years at Bright Horizons, I couldn't be happier. What sets them apart is their incredible dedication to allergy safety. From Ms. Betty and Ms. Keisha in leadership, to Mr. Romelle who prepares food, to every teacher - they ALL know exactly what my daughter can't have and double-check everything before serving. This isn't required, but they do it because they genuinely care. They've caught things WE missed and kept her out of danger multiple times. Beyond allergy management, the education is excellent and has her well-prepared for kindergarten. The teachers provide focused attention when kids need it and truly connect with each student. The staff genuinely cares about every child. I'd recommend Bright Horizons to any parent, especially those dealing with allergies or special needs. Tell them the Carberys sent you - they've earned every bit of this praise!

I highly recommend Bright Horizons in Mount Prospect! My two kids are thriving and love going to school. I feel they will also be more than ready for Kindergarten when that day comes. The teachers and staff are amazing and you can really tell that they love the children and are committed to their learning and safety. I appreciate their communication and solving matters swiftly and appropriately.

We've had a great experience with Bright Horizons in MP. Our son had some developmental delays when he was a baby and we felt so comfortable sending him to the infant room at BH. The teachers are wonderful and were very focused on helping our son overcome his challenges. He's now in the Toddler room and we are still very happy with his care. He has done so well here.
