My daughter was attending this daycare. The first incident we had with them was when my daughter was picked up by her aunt and she had dry blood on the inside and outside of her nose. My girlfriend called to find out what had happened and teacher #1 had said she must’ve had a bloody nose when she was napping (meaning she didn’t know). My girlfriend then asked to talk to teacher #2 and my girlfriend was told that she came in at 9am and when she saw my daughter she already had the dry nose bleed and she tried asking her what happened and my daughter didn’t give her an answer. Next day, I drop her off in the morning I asked teacher #3 what happened and was told “she was dropped off like that” (it’s crazy because I drop her off every morning and there was NO bloody nose or dry blood inside or outside her nose that day. First of all, why does NO ONE not know what is going on if I’m paying you to watch after my daughter? Second, why was her nose not cleaned if it was noticed by the teacher from 9am until the time she was picked up at 3pm? I was ready to take her out but my girlfriend insisted it was a one time thing. Well, 2nd incident was when I went to pick her up one day and I had grabbed all of my daughters belongings ( coat, hat, lunchbox, backpack ) and went to go get her in the other room. I stood at the doorway trying to find her and couldn’t find her. As the teachers were looking at me confused, I said “ hi, I’m here to pick up my daughter” and one teachers response was “didn’t she leave with her cousin?” My heart dropped and I said “ what do you mean I have her stuff right here. She didn’t leave with anyone”. My heart dropped. The stuff that was going through my mind. The 3 teachers all looked scared and then got up and started looking for her. They found her in a corner playing all by herself. My girlfriend called 3 times and left 3 voicemails with the director to address the 2 incidents and nothing. Unprofessional. Poor communication between teachers. I had her removed the day after. Never again.
