Needs to care more for child safety! Written in 2013. I had my child here for a year and for a while, I thought my child was getting great care but there where so many things that need improvement in this center that needs much improvement. I pulled my child because I worried for his safety and believed he was not getting a quality education. When I first came into the school the staff was very nice, enjoyable and seemed to be very passionate about education. Teri and the other staff were excellent teachers. Fun people and events. I felt a sense of security that my children were being cared like they were at home. Then some things went strange. I was watching my child one day to pick him up at the parking lot and noticed the back gate was broken off and cigarette butts where littered in the back of the school. Also I never saw the Main "teacher" of the school Tracy who owns and supposedly operates the school. Teri or her daughter would always be the ones on the phone with me or taking payments. Weird. I became a bit suspicious and popped in to check on my child. The staff was way understaffed and the kids were like animals and they did there best but they needed help. My child would come home bitten up ALL the time. Tracy needs to hire more staff. I pulled my kid out because one day all of the long-term staff was fed up and decided to quit and not come in. As a result I was forced to pick up my child in the middle of the day because instead of having staff Tracy had her random "friends" who I've never seen in my life watch my kids. I wasn't happy about that. I was very upset but I had to deal with some of the stuff the staff had to I would quit too. This woman Tracy may have good intentions but she doesn't seem to spend enough time at the school to realize its a wreck...:(
Great school for my daughter. She loves going there everyday and has made so many friends. The staff is amazing and caring. I have zero worry leaving my daughter there for the day and I am a fierce Momma!
Best daycare around. Staff are loving and caring. They nurture and care for the children as if they were their own.
