My child was there early in the mornings and was nervous about being there and Karen couldn't even say hello or acknowledge that my child was there. I had to tell my child to go say hi to her and this happened almost every morning we went. When my husband went to pick our LO up for the first time they didn't even ask who he was or make sure he was supposed to be someone picking up. Glad I didn't have to have my LO there very long!!
