Our son and daughters has gone here for nearly a year now and we have had an excellent experience. His teachers are second to none, the director Sandy treats all of these kids as if they were her own. We’d be hard pressed to find a place that takes care of our kids better. If you’re searching for negativity you will find it anywhere. But i can assure you if this was a bad place our kids wouldn’t go here. Absolutely love the staff here-at least take a tour if you’re considering. You will see the value when you meet Sandy.
I agree with other reviews that this facility warrants investigation for potential misconduct. My son attended for a few years, during which we encountered highly questionable treatment. Items such as clothing, blankets, and pillows frequently went missing. In addition, staff members appeared to show favoritism, treating certain children differently depending on whether their parents were part of their social circle. On multiple occasions, I was told that my child required speech therapy. After investing nearly $2,500, we learned that his development was in fact age-appropriate; he had simply been younger than many of his peers. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the guidance we received. Overall, the care provided felt inadequate and exploitative. The staff functioned more as babysitters than educators, and the lack of professionalism was alarming. Based on my experience, I strongly caution other families: proceed with extreme caution, and do not place your trust in the management or ownership of this facility
So we pulled our daughter out because we thought it was too expensive and they said we owed them 1100 dollars for the time she missed because they reserve spots. She wasn't there, we already said we couldn't afford it, and they kept adding on fees after the fact illegally. Called my wife over and over again in one day, threatened to sue us. My daughter would come home in the same diaper, bite marks, different teacher every week, sometimes our stuff would go missing, so no we are not paying you for made up time she wasn't there when we pulled her out weeks before you stopped charging us. I come from an old flagler family, my great grandfather and uncle were both sheriff of flagler county, and this place is absolutely worthy of criminal investigation. Rude staff, harassing parents and children, poor conditions and fraud. Absolutely a waste of your money and time and a shame to this area.
Kid City USA is Awesome!!! My son has been attending the summer camp now for the second year and he enjoys every moment. The staff is very kind, caring and respectful and the teachers enjoy teaching, guiding and encouraging the children. From the daily photo I receive from the teachers, I see my son engaged in fun activities and learning opportunities.
I came in to your the facility to potentially enroll my daughter in the 2’s program. The woman giving us a tour was incredibly rude, she got annoyed over me asking reasonable day-to-day operation questions (e.g., what supplies are needed, uniform requirements, daily schedules, etc.) Overall, bad experience. Definitely will not be enrolling!
