Children'S Choice Child Care INC

If I could give zero stars, I would. My child goes to the child’s choice at Osuna elementary school. Today my child had been told that he is getting released. My child headed off to the cafeteria, and when he couldn’t find that I was in the cafeteria he left the building and left the facility completely, and was found unsupervised in a neighborhood six blocks away from the school from a kindergarten teacher. My son’s teacher ended up, calling me and letting me know that he had been released from the afterschool program. When I had gotten there, the people that were there Weren’t even aware that my son had left the facility. He was unsupervised when he walked out of the building and the leader there said that there was another Liam there and they had got them confused. Still so unacceptable. She then tried to blame my son because she said that he should’ve known to wait in the cafeteria, but he’s only seven years old and he doesn’t know any better. The adults there should know And be supervising the kids during pick up times. This is Totally unacceptable and I have already filed an APS police report and I will be filing a report through CYFD. I will also be calling the head of whoever is in charge because this should never happen to a family. It could have gone down so differently. We trust you to watch our children while we are at work or away, and you failed my child.

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I received a call asking if my child was with me when I said no she should be at school she asked if anyone else had picked her up I said no she should be at school her response was ok well have a good day and hung up on my way to the school she calls back laughing that my daughter was there she was just late. This is not the 1st issue I have had. The other one a child decided that because my daughter was not doing what she told her to do she would kick he in the arm while she was sitting on the floor. When I picked my daughter up the parent of the other child had come in and nothing was said to them to correct this behavior when I asked why nothing was said to the parent the gentleman working there said he would talk to them on Monday this happened on a Friday to me Monday was not the appropriate time to deal with this but a phone call to the parent would have been more in line to deal with the actions that happened on Friday. I am very unhappy with this program and truly would not recommend it.

When I come to pick my daughter up she is disappointed and wants to stay at Children's Choice. She loves it and loves all the staff and activities and crafts. And super excited about Summer camp she loves this too. I feel that my daughter is safe and well cared for but eh staff and they are all respectful and speak to the children like they are little people. A much needed comfort for a working parent knowing her daughter is happy and having fun in a safe environment with cool young staff. Thank you all!

All 3 of my children have attended childrens choice. My oldest is 18 and my youngest is 6. The site directors and caregivers are so awesome and have worked me and my family for years being that I have one very difficult child. I would recommend children's choice to every parent who wants great childcare and more! Me and child are both greeted when we walk in, communication is on point, my child goes on lots of field trips at no extra charge, swimming twice a week at no extra charge(during summer). Staff play games with children, lots of art, slime making, projects, learning experiences and much more! Not to mention homework time during the school year. Thanks children's choice!

The staff of Children’s Choice is incredible. They have helped my son with his school work and have provided child care when we need it the most. I recommend them to everyone because my son has never had a better childcare experience. Thank you so much to every one in the office and the counselors at his school that take care of him by making sure he stays on track with school and has fun!
