We absolutely love everything about Cadence. My daughter adores the teachers, and the directors are prompt with responding and so knowledgeable. As a first time mom I was nervous to leave my little lady all day, but this Cadence made that transition super smooth and we couldn’t be happier.

Since enrolling our son at Cadence Academy in Romeoville, we have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Vicki was great and welcoming to our family and she was always helpful and informative when answering questions. Ebony, the assistant director, is so friendly and kind. Overall the staff is excellent at this facility. The teachers (Theresa, Berenice, Lauren and Dorothy) have all treated our son as family and provided him with quality care. He loves it there. My husband and I continue to be impressed with Cadence Academy and based on our experience we highly recommend!

Moving back to IL from MD was a big change for my children and I. Making sure they had a caring, friendly and welcoming environment was key to finding the proper care for them. I, as anyone else does, went to Google and did my research and personally laid eyes on the school and faculty. I am glad I chose Cadence for my children and I know our partnership will last due to the Director, Vickie, being transparent, honest, trustworthy, funny and a team player for her faculty. My children enjoy attending school daily. Still a transition, but the growth opportunity they have here, is great! Thank you to the Cadence Academy Preschool Team for all you have done and will do!

I went in for a tour and the assistant director Eboni (which I didn't know her title at the time) was extremely rude to me. I rang the doorbell and said "Hi I am here for a tour" and she just said "ok" and hung up. When she let me in, she did not greet me or introduce herself she just handed me paperwork to fill out about my child. During the tour I noticed she warmed up a little (which is even crazy that I have to say that) and was more friendly so I tried to get past her rude and cold greeting. I called the next day and asked if I could register my daughter and was told to come fill out the registration papers. This next time I came I brought my children with me, one of them being the daughter I planned on enrolling. Unbelievably the exact same thing happened again with Ebony. We entered and she did not greet us or even acknowledge my children. I said to myself that I would just wait to see if she even says hello to my children. She started filling out her paperwork while my children played in the play area. The whole time we waited she still never acknowledged my children. Finally I said to her "this is my daughter Maia who will be attending" and she just stared back at me! I had handed her a check for the registration fee already otherwise I would have asked her for it back but I did not want to upset myself while my children were there. Immediately the next business day I called and spoke with director Bridgette to inform her what had taken place during both visits to the center and that I would not be enrolling my daughter due to how Eboni treated not only me but my children. Bridgette said she would have to see if the registration fee could be refunded because it was already deposited electronically. This really added insult to injury. That should not have been the director's response. That should have went without saying which shows me Eboni's actions are a reflection of management.

Home sweet home! We love our Cadence teachers, staff, and the directors! My oldest was incredibly prepared for kindergarten thanks to the curriculum and dedicated staff. Every staff member treats us as if we are family and resolves any issues professionally and appropriately. We feel so lucky to call Cadence our preschool and will always speak highly of the quality education offered here. Thank you for helping my children become well rounded and in love with learning!
