Both of my children had gone to CCLC. After they both graduated and went on to kindergarten and 1st grade, their teachers had asked if they had gone to an early learning daycare or pre-school because how advanced they were. My daughter is now in 6th grade and my son in 2nd grade. Both continue to do amazing in school and I believe the early molding of there minds while attending CCLC is a big part of that. The teachers are all great and my son always asks to visit just to say hi. I highly recommend this CCLC and continue to mention how great they were with my children to this day!
My twins went to prek at CCLC after being home with nannies for 3 years. This being their first school experience, I ofcourse worried early on. However, Mrs. Basia and Mrs. Asia really took them under their wing and cared for them very well. The environment was very welcoming for the girls and they were fortunate to build many strong relationships. Overall I would say the girls really enjoyed their experience and we appreciate the great care that was provided.
I cannot say enough great things about this school! The teachers are wonderful and they treat each child as their own! They offer enriching activities that develop motor skills, letter recognition, sharing, respect, and this school truly prepares the children for kindergarten. These activities are done both inside the classroom and outside if the weather permits. Outside, the kids can be kids and play, while the teachers reinforce listening and safety. My child is an only child, and this school taught him how to interact with other kids as well as other adults. For pick-up, I could talk with the teachers and ask questions about the day – what did the kids learn, what was for lunch, did my kid eat, etc. Meals and snacks are provided and they are healthy! It isn’t something out of a box, but hot family style meals. Now that my son has graduated from CCLC, I notice the difference in intellect between him and his peers. He speaks clearer and more intelligently than other kids his own age – sometimes I forget that he is only a toddler. I attribute his intelligence and comprehension to the care he received from the CCLC staff.
My son has attended Childcare and Learning Center (CCLC) for just over 2 years now. He will be graduating and moving onto Kindergarten this Fall. It is amazing to see how much he has grown with his social skills and what he has learned over the time he has attended this school. There is a focused daily schedule and my son always has an abundance of projects brought home each day. The staff definitely ensures each child is given their utmost attention and they treat the children as they would their own, making everyone feel like family. I feel my son will be more than prepared to enter into Kindergarten thanks to the individual attention he has been provided from CCLC and all the effort the staff takes to ensure all their students gain the knowledge to achieve to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend CCLC to any family looking for a childcare/preschool facility.
Our 5 year old is getting ready to go off to kindergarten after receiving the most loving care for the past almost two years. We hadn’t been living in the area for long so we were not too familiar and were so hesitant, scared and concerned! Especially because since birth she had been taken care of by a close family member. She had never been with strangers and I was so worried of what hands she would be left in. We started with leaving her for 1-2 hours for a couple of days to see how she would react. And let me tell you all that from the first day I left her with a comforting smile. She hugged me and said bye mommy I love you. From the first day she felt comfortable here. I sat outside crying in my car wanting to run back in and take her. But when I picked her up she was still as happy as when I left her. As the days went by unfortunately she had to go from 2 full days to full time during the week. She now cries and tells me that she’s going to miss her teachers and if when she goes to kindergarten if she could come at least one day to visit. Even if it’s on a Saturday or Sunday 🤣. And let me tell you she’s only five and she loves her free days Saturday and Sunday. So to trade them to go to school is a biggie!!! I am beyond grateful for all the attention, patience, love and care that this wonderful place had offered for my princess! It’s a scary world we live in so it’s sooo hard to trust. But thankfully our first stop was the one for us. This was the first childcare location we visited and she loved it from the beginning! You will not regret trusting this wonderful staff with your children. It makes me sad to know how much my daughter loves them and will miss them! But luckily we live close by so she can stop by and visit every once in a while! Thank you ladies! There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude! ♥️ Kindergarten here we come!! Love, Castro Family
