I thought this place was a community-City owned Gym to serve the people in this city but they run like a privately owned placed. Mrs. Coleta acts like she is the private owner of the place and She is very condescending dealing with others, she doesn’t responds to emails or to phone calls. We have been trying to rent the gym for our team practice, even during the day, in times when the gym is empty and she refuses to allow us to rent the gym and doesn’t even cares to respond any emails with the request. I spoke several times in person and never get a clear response. However , I can go in and pay $5 dollars per person and use the gymnasium with the Team, I have had to do that in the past costing us 3 times the amount of money but we can’t rent a court. I am very disappointed as a resident of Rogers, trying to serve this community and not being able to find a gymnasium to practice.
Cute, needs some Tlc . Like newpaint and a sensor for water. There was however, glass all on the splash pad I took timepicking up so kids feet are safe. Other than that fun!
We absolutely love the free splash park and when my kids are a little older I'm sure the skate park will be another favorite of ours. We have a family of 6 and only one of us works, so being able to bring the kids to do something fun and cool without breaking the bank is awesome and very important to us!!!!
I’m a big fan of the RAC, both as a fitness facility and as a space for community. I take the adult fitness classes and love the variety offered: weight lifting, yoga, barre, step aerobics (a new favorite), and even a bounce class on mini trampolines. As the weather gets colder, I also like to make sure of the indoor track to get my steps in. All around, the RAC is a gem (or shall I say gym) of a spot and I’m always encouraging folks to sign up!
Came here on a Saturday to play basketball with a friend, and didn’t check the hours. The door was unlocked, and several others were walking in so we assumed it was open, the moment we opened the door the Staff (specifically whoever was working the front desk) were extremely aggressive and belittled me and my friend for entering the building past hours. She then proceeded to belittle her coworker for not locking the door. Just an unpleasant experience all around. The RAC is usually a pretty welcoming environment, and has nice facilities, but not today.
