On Friday evening, when I picked my son up, he immediately after getting him into the car informed me that his teacher hit him in the head and called him stupid prior to this he showed reluctance towards the teacher and very nervous and clingy at drop off time he was undergoing and still is undergoing nightmares about this teacher. I contacted the CDYF,CPS,and the Rogers Police Department and I’m going to follow through with pressing charges the director of the center has also been witnessed being aggressive with children. my son‘s preschool teacher and the director both will be held accountable. The CDF is going to investigate and find out any other staff members that are physically and verbally harming children. I’m not gonna be quiet about this and I’m not backing down.

The management doesn't care about children at all. They had water pipes break in the ceiling collapsing parts of the ceiling on Saturday. They had staff go in try to cleanup Sunday and only notified parents at 11:30pm Sunday night. The district manager Katie downplayed the issue and lied saying inspectors said it was good but there were no inspections. Monday more water dripping from different spots. Kids just crammed in rooms so they could stay open. Today Tuesday more water issues as a water sprinkler was broken by another pipe and flooded another room. Again the horrible decisions by Katie was to just cram more kids together and stay open. She has no concern for the children or staff. Horrible place. Sad for the good providers that have to work under such a horrible person.

My son has had a good experience at Kindercare Rogers. The director is great and very informative. She genuinely cares for the children and their individual development. I love my son's main teachers and staff during the day they are absolutely wonderful and come up with fun activities for the children. We appreciate all the communication and the app makes it fun to see daily photos. Thanks for all you do!

Our daughter has been attending the Rogers KinderCare since January, and we have been so happy with our decision to enroll here! Since day one, the staff has been so helpful, flexible and caring. It is clear that they care for our daughter and have a vested interest in her growth and development. They have put me at ease with leaving my first and only baby from day one! I am always pleased with the Center's transparent communication and interest in improving. The little things happening each week are noticeable and make it feel a little homier. Best of all, I love the pictures each day! I live for these and race to my phone with each notification. Can't get enough of them.

We have had our children going to Rogers KinderCare for 2 years now. Throughout those 2 years, we've personally seen tremendous improvement all around in the center, from safety procedures to proactive and transparent communication. A lot of that is attributed to the all-star admin staff, which includes Cassandra, the Director. She is beyond personable, knows all the children’s names, and has implemented wonderful updates in the center. Each class has their own curriculum. I’ve seen positive results from in my children when it comes to their social skills and milestone advancements. The center is very intentional with all that they do. And from my experience, the teachers are loving and trustworthy – qualities you typically want to see in those who care for your children.
