The teachers at Meadow View truly love children and have created an environment where children are taught agency and to be thoughtful and caring. I loved seeing the children explore, learn, and experience hands on learning and the nature focused environment. I even implemented the stuff they taught my child in the home. Best and safest place for your child to learn and grow.
We are so fortunate to have found Meadow View Montessori! Ms. Maryam and the team are doing a phenomenal job providing a fun, safe, and engaging space for our son. Her attention to detail in the snacks provided, newsletter, upgrades to the play areas, and daily updates are one of a kind. Our son loves going to school and we love recounting with him the different jobs that he did throughout the day because of the updates that we receive. As a parent working to teach our son some Spanish, I was impressed with the frequency and fluency of Ms Maryam’s Spanish as it’s better than my own. We love the variety and Montessori values that they bring to each job and activity. Our son especially loves the music time! We look forward to sending our next child the Meadow View Montessori!
Meadow View Montessori is truly an exceptional school! Ms. Maryam, Ms. Maral, and Ms. Dorothy are absolutely heaven-sent; their love, patience, and dedication shine through every single day. The curriculum is fantastic, filled with hands-on activities that help children feel secure, independent, and creative. There’s a perfect balance of structure and freedom, with plenty of outdoor time that encourages curiosity and imagination. Since joining Meadow View, my almost 2-year-old has truly blossomed in every way; his language, independence, compassion, and creativity have flourished. The nurturing environment has allowed him to grow with confidence and joy. Communication with parents is amazing ; frequent updates, photos, and videos keep us connected and reassured. We are so grateful for this beautiful, loving community. Meadow View Montessori and its incredible teachers are a true blessing!
After enrolling my son in Meadow View Montessori Preschool, I quickly realized how special this school is. The classrooms are filled with a variety of child-led activities that inspire independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning. Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace, which has helped my son build confidence and excitement for learning. The staff, led by Ms. Maryam, show such genuine care and dedication to each child. They create a warm, supportive environment where children are treated with patience and respect every day. Even the homemade snacks are thoughtfully chosen, often with the children helping to prepare them—turning snack time into an opportunity to build healthy habits and practical life skills. What stands out most is that Meadow View Montessori feels like a true community where children learn love, respect, and good habits. My 5 year old son first joined through the summer program, and in just a short time, he grew so much socially and emotionally—learning to cooperate, show kindness, build friendships, and develop healthy eating habits. Because of the positive growth I saw, we decided to keep him enrolled for the rest of the school year. The school also maintains excellent communication with families. Teachers provide daily updates, so it never feels like you are missing out on your child’s day. This open communication helps families feel connected and supported in their child’s learning journey. We are truly grateful to have found a preschool that not only supports learning but also nurtures the whole child in such a loving and thoughtful way.
Our son, now 34 months old, began attending Meadow View Montessori at 27 months. The transition was not easy—he cried for months—but thanks to the extraordinary patience, understanding, and calm demeanor of Ms. Dorothy, the lead teacher and previous owner, he slowly began to feel secure and at home. Ms. Dorothy has a deep understanding of child development and models the very behaviors we hope our son will learn: calmness, politeness, and a love of learning. Before enrolling, we toured eight different schools, but we were captivated by Meadow View. The children were happy, kind, and engaged. The school environment itself—a converted home—is cozy and welcoming. It encourages movement, exploration, and comfort, making it feel like an extension of home rather than an institution. Since the school transitioned to new ownership under Ms. Maryam, we have continued to see it grow in meaningful ways. She has a clear and thoughtful vision for the school. She took the time to carefully assess our son and set personalized goals for him based on his needs and abilities. Ms. Maryam also expanded the learning space by creating a special room for younger children and nappers, enhancing the overall environment. One of the things we appreciate most is how attentive and communicative Ms. Maryam is. She uses the Brightwheel app to send daily updates and photos of our son’s activities, which brings us so much comfort during the day. She’s approachable, kind, and always willing to listen. Another teacher, Ms. Maral (or "Ms. M" as the children call her), has become a source of comfort for our son, especially during those tearful drop-offs. He always looks for her, and she meets him with genuine empathy, warmth, and compassion. It means the world to us to know he feels safe with her. The attention to detail even extends to snack time. Ms. Maryam carefully plans a fun, healthy, and varied menu each week. One of our favorite moments was when the children made banana ice cream from scratch—our son, who usually doesn’t eat ice cream, devoured it happily! The school is also incredibly mindful of allergies; our son has wheat, barley, and rye allergies, and Ms. Maryam goes out of her way to ensure he is included and safe during snack time. In short, Meadow View is a truly special place. It is a warm, nurturing, and thoughtful Montessori school that continues to grow and evolve. We are grateful every day for the team’s dedication to each child’s individual journey. I would recommend Meadow View without hesitation to any parent looking for a caring and developmentally supportive environment for their child.
