Kids Park

Love this place! because I can always count on it. Ihad never had to pick my kid up just because they can’t manage him. It happened to me at the other location but never happened in this one. Staff is trained well and I am happy to be able to plan my day!

I'm holding a grudge. When I was like 5 or 6, me and my cousin used to always go here. One time, when it was time to go on the carpet slide, I vividly remember a staff member singling me out, not letting me go on bc I was a "safety hazard" bc I was too tall. I had to go on all by myself. I begged her, apparently she would've "lost" her job. I hope both sides of her pillow are warm

We recently enrolled our 2-year-old at this kids’ park. The staff were very kind, caring, and attentive, which we truly appreciated. However, we were disappointed with the owner’s approach. When our son cried from fear of being separated from me, the owner responded aggressively and showed no empathy, stating that they do not accept crying beyond 30 minutes. As a family who just moved to this city two months ago, we were hoping for more support and understanding. Despite visiting three consecutive days, they were unwilling to help our son gradually adjust to the new environment. While the staff provide excellent care, the lack of support from the management makes it challenging for children who need gentle transition. Because we will never use this facility, we are requesting a refund of the tuition we initially paid.

I took the kids here to check it out to see if they like it , and after 10 seconds of them checking it out they wanted to stay! I even went to go check on them and they didnt want to leave. 1st day went great!

We love it here!! Great welcoming staff, very affordable and the flexibility is key. Being able to drop off and pick up with no contract is perfect for our little family. Highly suggest ✨
