I am truly grateful for RRDC East Cambridge. The teachers are exceptional and go above and beyond for their students. I can see the love and support they pour into my kids, and as a mother, I am incredibly grateful for that. It’s not easy entrusting anyone with your children, so to see how excited my kids are every morning when they see their teachers is a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, from the administration to the center director and program specialist, my family has felt nothing but a warm welcome. Everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to about any concerns or questions that may arise, and they promptly address them. I am beyond satisfied knowing that my kids are receiving all the love, support, and education they need here at RRDC East!
As a parent of Rock and Roll Daycare East, I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff feels like a close-knit family, making it easy to work with them. My kids absolutely love it, which is fantastic!
I had two children at RRDC between 2017 through 2022 at two different centers. It was a mixed experienced. Some teachers were amazing and felt like family. Some were not. My bad review is based on program administration. We prepaided multiple months of tuition and did not end up using all the time. RRDC has admitted they owe us the money back, but won't refund it. It is surreal. I would never do business with them again. There are other options with honest business people. UPDATE: the contract was still in effect in 2022. My child was attending at that time and no additional tuition was being collected during the months of attendance, per the contact, because I had pre paid. The new owners seem to be saying "not us," but only when it came time for the refund part. These are the administrative challenges and why I continue to recommend that people look elsewhere for childcare. It is a trust base relationship about your child. You can do better.
Our kid has been attending Rock and Roll East Cambridge since he was 7 months old and we love it! All the staff are incredibly sweet, caring and patient. The teachers are experienced and treat the kids like their own babies. The director is very sweet and always helpful in answering any questions we have. Everyone is truly the best. Our baby had a tough time adjusting, and they were all so wonderful in taking care of him and helping him get used to daycare, as well as calming our worries. They were (and continue to be) very responsive, understanding, and collaborative in taking care of him, and we are so grateful for them! Now that he's a bit older, our kid loves going to daycare and we're always delighted by all the fun activities he does during the day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Teachers are great, hard-worker and incredibly dedicated to the care of our children. The recent administration has also greatly improved over the last year and it's making a lot of processes and communication much smoother. Our kids love JAMI RRDC and we recommend it to your children as well!
