I can't say enough good things about RCC's Child Development Center, because the teachers and staff here are so genuinely caring, compassionate, and skilled in supporting kids. Both of our kids went to RCC for childcare and preschool. And it's just a truly special place.
I have been trying to get my child into this daycare for almost a year now. Staff is unprofessional and shuffles applications around. I called last spring left a voicemail and I never received a a callback so I called again around May and received the application instructions. I called again later that Summer to see if they received my application and they said they did and I would have to wait until around December to hear back from them. When I asked if they could verify my child's name to verify if they had my application they were stunned and asked for my email address, put me on hold, and then said they actually never received my application. Instead of rushing me off the phone and acting like I was bothering them, why didn't they simply look for application in the first place? I also found it weird that they didn't receive my application, when I bcc'd my wife on the application and she received the email. I am surprised it is this difficult to get get into this program, 6 calls, 3 emails, and almost a year later and we still haven't made any progress. It is a shame you claim RCC students get priority because your business has proved the exact opposite.
Both my children who are 8 years apart attended this center. Great staff who cares. Many of the same teachers are still working there!
