We brought our daughter here at just 3 months old. They feeling of having your newborn go to daycare and feeling safe is priceless. She has been there for almost 3 years and has been well taken care of. She has learned so much and her social skills have grown tremendously. The staff are kind and caring. New staff are trained very well. My daughter has loved each of her teachers and all the staff there. The price is reasonable compared to other centers. The owner and manager are kind and caring. The take not only take care of the kids there but their families as well.
Tot Lot is the best center my children have ever gone to. My child has learned so much on top of being loved so much. The staff here are incredible and take such great care of the kiddos. My daughter has never once given me a hard time at drop off and talks about her teachers regularly. I’m so happy to have found such a caring and educational place. It’s nice to never have to worry about your kids during the day.
I have 2 kids going here currently. They both love it! You can tell they care about the kids, and they have lots of events and after school virtual learnings. They work with kids on issues, like my daughter who is 2, as she has some issues being nice to others when sharing toys. They have a book they write in daily how she did. Tuition includes everything except what your kid(s) wear to school. Tons of arts and crafts sent home that the kids made. They can also provide guidance on forms for daycare vouchers, transitioning to kindergarten, etc. For the price you can't beat the amazing care they offer! Edit: Read some of the bad reviews.. are my kids the only ones that get hurt playing nearly every day? Boo boo reports are normal, the fact you get them so often means they are watching the kids closely so they don't miss anything, not the opposite like the other review. Also if you have extenuating circumstances, major life issues, etc. Causing issues with paying tuition, they will most likely try to work with you. Just talk to Lena or Kim before things get really bad!
We started with Ritchey’s when our daughter was four and our son was a newborn. This place quickly became a home away from home and everyone there became part of our extended family. The staff and the owner loved our children as much as we do. Once the kids became school age they would attend during the summer and my daughter ended up volunteering there once she was age appropriate. If you are looking for a day care that isn’t just daycare but a warm and loving extension of your family, this is the place.
I absolutely love ritchey totlot! My son has been going there for about 3 years now and he we both love his Teacher Ms. Vi she is very patient with my son since he seems to wanna cry when it’s time to leave each other! She handle it well!! My absolute faves are Ms. Kim (the director) Ms. Sydney (kitchen)!!!! I would highly recommend sending your kid here
