Almost two years living here at these apartments. Never had problems. Always Gives back and has little events for the residents and community. Communication is very well and understood. Resolve any issues or concerns you may have. Kids LOVE the playground and pool area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm very happy living here. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was lucky to get my 2 bedroom apartment right behind the swimming pool. My maintenance service requests get responded to very quickly, within 1 to 2 days. Manager "Timmy" is very professional, courteous, respectful, nice, friendly, and above all very understanding and willing to work and resolve issues and problems with us the tenants. I highly recommend Rio de Vida Apartments.
Genuinely grateful with staff Loraine and all office ladies very professional… I have many siblings living here and would recommend to whoever is interested in living at these apartments 😊
This place was horrible when I lived there. And I just recently found out that I didn’t pay for supposedly breaking my contract. I was already at the end of it and I paid it. But it shows in collections I didn’t. I can’t even get on the phone to talk to a manager. I was told they would call me but they never did
My family and I have been living here for a couple of years already and we have no complaints. Staff in front office is very friendly and helpful at all times, Lauryn is always there to help out with any issue. Maintenance staff is very friendly as well and resolve issues we may have almost immediately.
