Well, this place is terrible. I still reside here and after 6mo I can say with all honesty I've given them an opportunity to prove themselves. Management officer recently change to Sandra Diaz. But I have yet to see improvement. The alley next to my building, #13 is still being used as a dumpster. I've seen tenants and maintance staff just come and dump it there. Literally old furniture, appliances and branches are just thrown out there in the open, it creates pests environment and it affects the anesthetics of the residential. The walls are paper thin and I can clearly hear ALL THAT IS BEING SAID AND DONE NEXT DOOR. I've call the cops for noise complaints and for violence incidents. I don't know why I bother to pay 750dlls to live under these unsafe conditions. They also allow tenants to walk their pets without a leash and WILL NOT FINE THEM FOR NOT PICKING AFTER THEIR PETS. I've been chased down TWICE in different occasions by an unleashed pet. In the summer time people drink in the pool and trash the common playground area. This place needs to SERIOUSLY START FINING TENANTS SO THEY OBEY COMMON BEHAVIOR STANDARDS.

I used to live there i stop paying my rent because nothing was ever fixed they choose to kick me out. The whole time I lived there which was for 5 yrs we had at least like 10 new managers. When they did the check on my apartment after they wanted to charge me all the issues that they needed to fix which were all the issues I had told them to fix. I have visited they complex after I moved out and it looks very ghetto. The streets have pot holes and a the fence is all rusted. I would never recommend anyone move there management never seeds maintenance to fix anything

In the beginning when I first moved here I was thrilled it is a peaceful place, neighbors aren’t problematic and I feel they addressed my issues. BUT for months now I have been having a cockroach problem. I have been to the office a few times I have written emails. Supposedly this man comes to exterminate. I felt nothing was done the day I came home and they had already “sprayed”the apartment. The microwave is fried from the cockroaches. I was told i would get a new one and it never happened. If they are supposed to come once a month then how did it get this bad ? I had to spray the poison my self and I was shocked to see it raining cockroaches from the doors and all open cracks they get in and out from. I am so so frustrated and embarrassed as my children are here and I pay a lot of money for this issue to have gotten as bad as it did.

Hi, this next June 2024 will be our first month living here at Pueblo de Paz apartments and me & my husband feel really comfortable, it’s a lovely neighborhood and environment, for us it’s a blessing living here. The process off the application and living here it took us like about a month but it was worth it, the office ladies are so nice and kind and as well the management people. I will recommend it :).

For anybody who is interested in resigning in these apartments, I highly recommend them, their affordable. I greatly enjoy the staff, Veronica and now Sandra. The Building I lived in was very clean, quiet and had great neighbors. It’s a gated community, my son loved the pool, and it was very safe for him to ride his bike. I recently bought a house, only reason I’m leaving, stayed there for three years with no issues.
