This location is AMAZING! I love it. My son loves it. They have a great group here. After a bad experience with our previous day care, I am so impressed with this one! I'm just sad that I didn't connect with them until it was almost time for Kindergarten. Can't recommend enough.
My son has only been here for two weeks and I am already removing him. I picked him up one day and he had a princess dress on and he told me they put it on him. I asked them to not put my son in a dress again and they said they could not honor my wishes. Then one day all of the students were learning the alphabet, meanwhile my son is changing wigs on dolls (being guided by the assistant teacher, not on his own). They were completely degrading him and confusing him. Also, a CityBus worker told me that the assistant teacher was snatching my child and yelling at him during a field trip on the bus ride. Lastly, my son has an allergy to milk and they continued to give him milk anyway and did not allow me to bring in a substitute drink. I would not recommend this daycare. It only got one star from me because I had to. But I will say the lead teacher Kristen is amazing. She needs to leave to have a better rep. Shes the best person there. The director is okay too but shes not around to see the things the workers are doing to my son.
My grandaughter went there..big mistake. Routinely fed only 11/2 ounces of formula in the whole day. Even after 3 meetings with management they continued to ignore feeding plan. My daughter brought a letter from a specialist and her pediatrician and told them foods she could not eat and was told by the teacher she didn't know if that would be enough to not feed her the foods she had allergic reactions to! That is just some of the many issues. As a former owner of a child care center I was dumbfounded by how my daughter and granddaughter were treated there.
We enrolled our child at 18 months and he is now 3. We have had a good experience so far. We really like the pictures and updates on our son's day.
My daughter went here for an entire year before kindergarten. I have no complaints. They covered everything my daughter and I needed for me to be able to work and her be taken care of.
