Right Choice Child Development Center

Honestly, I love this place for my child. As a mom who typically home schools, I’m so glad I chose this space for my two year old. My girl has had Ms Francis, Ms Ari and Ms Brooklyn. She talks about them often even at home and is always excited to go to school. They do so good with the children, they always have a detailed report upon pickup, & the facility is always very clean and always smells nice. On a personal note, I’ve recently started continuing education courses and sometimes trying to juggle that with working and being a mom to three can be a lot - but the staff is always so warm and friendly, Ms Francis and Ms Nikki - the director- always bring good energy to the start of the day. I highly recommend right choice, they are truly amazing❤️

***LONG POST ALERT*** As a parent I only want the best for my child and I thought by choosing RCCDC that’s what I did. On Thursday April 3rd I received a call from the director of the center (Ms. Nikki) telling me my child was needing to be picked up bc of an incident that occurred with him and another student. She explained to me what happened, I understood her and went to pick my son up. Fast forward to Friday April 4th we got up as normal and I took him to daycare on my way to work as usual. On my way out the door the assistant director (Kiana) came to me and asked if another staff member told me my son was suspended until Tuesday, (First thing that comes to my mind is Tuesday is a bit much for a toddler to be “suspended” from a daycare!) My response to her was no so I proceeded to take my son to his assigned class. Coming from my son’s class she meets me in the hall way with this yellow slip and she also was on a call. I had already assumed it was the director Ms. Nikki. They talked for awhile then she put her on speaker phone. Ms. Nikki says to me you may not remember, but I did tell you your child was suspended. My response to her was you may have thought you said it but you didn’t. All the staff at RCCDC know since my son has been there i’ve NEVER gave them an issue. One thing I don’t condone in is a misbehaving child (not mine anyway) The conversation continues and she keeps saying she told me she told me she told me when in reality no one told me anything. Had it been known he was suspended until Tuesday I wouldn’t have got my child ready that morning and took him into that daycare. While on the phone with the DIRECTOR Ms. Nikki she says to me with the nastiest attitude “i’m not going to argue with you, bc I know what I said” my response back to her STILL CALM was i’m not arguing with you i’m just telling you what you DIDN’T say. You may have thought you did but you didn’t. She proceeds to say since you want to go back and forth with me how about the child be terminated i’ll give you 2 weeks! I’m flabbergasted at this point because my child had NOTHING to do with the miscommunication/misunderstanding that was going on upon us for you to dismiss him the way she did. I say this to say I really liked RCCDC since my child started going there a few years back. This incident is very frustrating and put a real bad taste in my mouth about RCCDC.

As a parent it’s never easy leaving your child at a daycare. We chose The Right Choice because when we did a pop up visit, everyone was so nice, professional and supportive Our questions were answered and we felt this was a good place for our little girl. She has been there for almost a year and everyday since she has been nothing but HAPPY. Everyday we’re greeted at the day with a smile for any of the staff members This is hands down the best child care experience we’ve had!! Make the RIGHT CHOICE YOUR CHOICE!!!

Highly recommend!! The ladies that work here go above and beyond to give their kids the best experience! I’ve seen them several times with the little ones outside playing different games and learning all kinds of different things in different ways! The kids absolutely love their teachers and being here for sure!

I had had inquired here for my son. After about a week of calling here and never hearing back from Ms. Nikki. I decided to find somewhere else for my son. The communication is awful as it is very unprofessional to not have the decency for a call back.
