First I like to think Rhymes-N-Rainbows for having a childcare center in our community. Next, let me say this is nothing short of a true statement. “You get what you paid for.” Our child is 3-7 months. I would arrive at the daycare center with our baby always on the floor and crying with staff members sitting or free to handle the situation. Perhaps better training is require. The daycare uses a third party app to update the parents and it was very dishearten to read comments like “baby refused to eat” the whole day and then come home and baby eats very well. It became too much for us when our baby was consistently sick from daycare. So we went another path. Again this my experience and could be different for others.
I put down a deposit here to make sure that I had a spot when I was still pregnant with me son. I was told to let them know the Wednesday before of his schedule and there would be no problem. I called 2 weeks in advance before I went back to work to make sure I could still start no one got back to me, after several attempts to call with no response back I showed up there to be told that they did not have any opening for my son and I must have been taken off the waiting list I was then told they could get him in within a couple weeks but I would be called back with the specific date, I was never called. I spent another week trying to get ahold of someone to be told it wouldn’t be until January they could get him in. I was never notified I was taken off the waiting list after I already put the deposit down and I have not received my deposit back. They were extremely unorganized and very rude.
They were great last year. My daughter loved it. Now, who knows what's happened. They have some different teachers and I feel they aren't up to the quality of the old ones. They assumed a child wasn't coming back because she missed one day a week after an incident happened..? Seems suspicious. It may be the cheapest in the valley, but I guess remember, you get what you pay for.
