Called and tried to reserve a spot on the golf simulator as a non-member and basically the lady on the phone sounded as though she did not want to help me. I then politely thanked her for “helping” me and she abruptly hung up. You offered very great rates for guests on the simulator and I understand it’s a busy time of year, but customer service goes a long way and I was not pleased with the communication on the phone

Open swim is not "open" at all. There were no lap lanes available to swim. Diving practice is not allowed and we were forced to stay in a tiny section of the pool where a whole daycare classroom was swimming. Neither of my kiddos were actually able to swim because of the amount of plastic rings being thrown at our heads. I tried to take my daughter slightly away from the chaos and was told she couldn't swim there (even though I was right next to her working on swimming) because she doesn't know proper front strokes. I'm glad I didn't actually buy a membership and just had a free pass because it would have been such a waste of money.

I visited a friend in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin for New Year's week, went to Zumba and cardio dance, both taught by girls named TARA! Both classes were super fun, easy to follow, and makes me wanna go back! All ages in the class, give it a try!

It’s been so wonderful having the Y manage the outdoor pool this year. It’s so much more organized and efficient. I also feel safer with my kids there because the lifeguards seem to be much more attentive, yet friendly at the same time. I like that there are a variety of classes to choose from and the option for childcare at times. I also appreciate the community events and what seems to be the YMCA’s commitment to our community. Overall, the staff seems very committed and the facility is very clean.
