I cannot say enough wonderful things about Reyesitos Daycare! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a true sense of care. The staff is not only highly qualified and experienced, but also genuinely kind, nurturing, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with engaging, age-appropriate learning materials. My child has grown so much academically, socially, and emotionally since attending. Each day is filled with fun learning activities, outdoor play, and creative exploration, all while being guided by a team that truly cares. What I love most is the communication. The staff keeps us updated daily on everything from meals and naps to new milestones and special moments. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in such good hands. Reyesitos Daycare feels like a second home to us. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a trustworthy, enriching, and loving place for their child to thrive!
I strongly do not recommend this daycare whatsoever !!!! They have the worst customer service & even worse child care. The children only get fed beans and cheese. They have no festivities for the children or extra curricular activities. They charge a lot each week. Some of the children go into daycare sick, coughing, runny nose and even fever (staff don't even check for fever). My niece has gotten chicken pox, RSV, and been bitten by another child at this facility. Oh wait theres more. They don't notify the parents about incidents that happen in the daycare and make excuses like it happened at home. Which in fact it's a lie. I don't understand why this daycare hasn't been investigated and SHUT DOWN. They should have the director and staff charged with negligence. The director of this facility should be held accountable for all the incidents they failed to report to the state and parents!
This daycare doesn’t offer any real engagement or activities for children to grow and learn in this facility. It’s always the same snacks and same task. Mind you, you are asked for supplies and only for it to never be used. Children often walk in and out of the facility sick. They have no proper nutrition menu nor proper check in and check-out updates. All the staff seem to be confused on how to properly communicate and inform parents about their children’s needs and how their day went. It’s a he or she said. Never exact in what goes on. Not to forget they will give off personal items to other children that ain’t yours. Director that owns both facility lacks professionalism and integrity for her business. She has no love or passion for this field of industry.
I do not recommend this daycare whatsoever.. worst experience ever.. kids only get fed beans and cheese and they have no festivities for the children or extra curricular activities, and it’s too expensive, $240 a week… you would think they would use some of that money for decent food for the kids.. some kids were sick and staff was seen sharing blankets and bottles.. I don’t understand why this daycare hasn’t been investigated and closed…
They don’t take good care of the kids, they don’t change their diapers frequently, and not only are they expensive almost $240 a week they only feed them beans and cheese.. I don’t understand how they still have a license to be open…
