My daughter was supposed to start here, no one told me they had a flood, no one told me that they were pushing her start date. They had no idea she was even enrolled, the director didn’t tell them, they said. They only have ONE computer with all enrollees profiles on it. Summer is extremely rude and dresses in appropriately in front of the kids. The communication is lacking, there is no quality improvement and everyone just throws their hands in air like they don’t know anything. I expected a lot more.

This is a great place I wish they were still independent but now they are ran by kindercare. There is a high turnover of staff which I do not like since the takeover. But all in all it is a top notch facility and they take good care of my kids.
