What Parents Say
Rehoboth Preschool receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents, with praise for caring teachers, responsive staff, and a family-like environment. However, one parent reported serious concerns including poor communication, insensitive comments from administration about their child's needs, and an uninvestigated allegation of rough handling by staff.
Amazing teachers and staff! Nice director!! My children like going everyday, I have zero complaints.
We absolutely love Rehoboth! Our baby boy has been here since 3 months old. He has always been happy with his teachers and we always feel confident we can trust and communicate with the staff. Teachers and staff answer phone calls and messages promptly and communicate effectively. They even offer “Parents’ Day” and “Parents’ Night” out opportunities where little ones can play with friends while parents have an outing. As an educator myself, I can say we really appreciate the peace of mind knowing we are leaving our little one with staff who really love and care for children.
Our daughter has been at Rehoboth since she was 4 months old and we absolutely love it. The teachers and staff truly care for the children. Communication has been great and we honestly haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend!
This daycare has a wonderful reputation in our community, and for good reason. The teachers are loving and warm and the admin are simply the best around. It feels like a family here and I trust them to instill good family and God-fearing values in my children. They are quality rated and have fun events and theme days for the kids.
I recently removed my child from this program due to a lack of support and extremely poor communication with parents. I requested that my child be switched to a classroom with better structure and order for his development. However, I received conflicting statements about why this couldn’t be accommodated. The head director even told me that my son’s needs couldn’t be met and that he would be a burden to the class because he’s “too much.” This comment was very offensive, especially since no concerns were previously addressed with either parent. Additionally, I witnessed a teacher handling a child roughly. When I reported this to the head director, she claimed to start an investigation but never did. The teacher in question is still employed there. This place is extremely unprofessional, and I strongly reconsider sending your children here!
