If I could give a ZERO stars, I would. I haven't attended the school in 2 years due to personal life reasons. I filed for Bankruptcy last year causing a student loan to be retracted, and I owing what was refunded to me. Simple. Or so it should have been. This school found it to be logical to send statements to my student email....I had not logged in for TWO years! No email to my personal email, no letter in the mail and turned it to collections with NO notification about it. NO communication from the collection agency that they received an account for me until it's been reported to the credit bureaus. I called the school and spoke to the billing office who proceeded to tell me they have no way of knowing if our address is our address or if our personal email is our personal email address. Um, what?!?!?! So you rely on people to check a student email when they don't even attend school anymore. I've worked in collections for 20 years and I know the resources agencies have to verify information. This school and it's staff is a complete joke. Had I known this balance existed, payment arrangements would have been made. Disgusting organization.

Great building--lots of light and space, looks brand new. Very helpful and pleasant staff right inside the front door. Close-in parking. A great alternative to Red Rocks' main campus in Lakewood!
I like the school. Study places are nice...However, on occasion, staff is really good at chatting about their private life near the 2 students who are clearly studying in a quiet area!! Please shut your office door. Thank you.
When Diane Hegeman was President she would have been horrified to hear that RRCC had a security guard turning people away for asking to use the restroom. How far this place has fallen. They truly should stop using the word “Community” and just become Red Rocks College.
