We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Red Balloon Children’s Center! The staff has been consistently supportive, and their communication has always been timely and clear—especially when addressing any situations between children. Most importantly, they’ve shown great care and understanding when it comes to supporting our daughter’s sensory processing needs. We LOVE red balloon and all of the staff. They have worked with both our kidd through every stage and the play based learning model has been a great learning experience. The compassion and love for kids is evident in they way I see the staff interact with the kids, and how the children interact with each other. This is a family centric child care center. I cannot recommend them enough!
Kids taking care of kids and the owner only cares about the money. None of the staff showed much compassion, just business.
My daughter was bullied a lot there and very badly. They were very bad at paying attention to the kids.
